    What's worse -- Mitre as your #2 or Glendon Rusch? I think people are failing to understand he's not a number 2. Baker wanted to get Maddux and Zambrano against the Red Birds, so that's why Rusch went 2nd.

    Jones sucks, but he hasn't looked clueless at the plate ALL the time. For the at-bats I saw in the first game 1) he went oppo on a soft liner fudged by Dunn 2) He went oppo to the warning track on another drive and Today he hit it on the button to 2nd bace. 3 pretty good AB's. He still sucks, he never should have gotten a 3 year deal, and he sucks donkey balls, but his AB's have not been ALL clueless.

    :roll: Yes, he's being "thrown to the wolves" because a couple of people rightfully called out a bad play he made. I can do that too. :roll: Fun. It seemed to be more than a "call out". I didn't see anyone questioning Lee's team "effort" on his dropped ball. Everyone laughed because it's not cool to rag on Lee. or, since it's a game thread, people were in a good mood then since the Cubs were winning, and now we're all pissed off because they're getting killed. But you can go ahead and jump to random, silly conclusions. I did buy a jump to conclusions mat yesterday. COME'on T-WALK!~!!!!!!!!!!!1
