  1.     Now I remember why I wanted an ignore button. So I don't have to read idiotic comments like the ones you've been spouting for the past 15 pages. Newsflash: Players lose games. Dusty made an error in the double switch, but players (namely the pen) blew this game.
  2. I'm going to try and have some perspective on this even though I'm pissed off. Even the GREATEST pens blow a game here or there. This is the first game that I remember ou pen blowing. It happens.
  3. Do you remember half the pitches Wood got the Braves to chase in the NLDS. Pitches that broke into their bodies? Same thing as that.
  4. Agreed He's Wood version 2.0. Let's just hope his injury problems are behind him.
  5. Willingham ducked INTO that pitch. Just call him Biggio.
  6. 5 IP, 4 H, 3 BB, 3 ER, 4 K's.
  7. IIRC it was his left hand.
  8. They're both playing lousy teams. I know, but I wish they'd play down to their competition.
  9. I'd be shocked if JP threw anyone out. The pitcher would have to go about halfway to the plate for JP to even get it back to him. Try to be quicker next time. Geez.
  10. That's about the only complaint I have with this lineup.
  11. I'd be shocked if JP threw anyone out. The pitcher would be his cutoff man.
  12. Lidge has looked human all season, he's just been able to wiggle his way out. His lack of control and loss of velocity on his pitches are now catching up to him. How much velocity has he lost? He's throwing 97, but he has no control, so everyone is sitting on his fastballs. If you know a 97 FB is coming, you can hit it.
  13. How could it be better, given our personel with Barrett out after the night game?
  14. 1. H. Ramirez, SS J. Pierre, CF 2. A. Amezaga, CF R. Cedeno, SS 3. M. Cabrera, 3B T. Walker, 1B 4. J. Willingham, LF A. Ramirez, 3B 5. M. Jacobs, 1B M. Murton, LF 6. D. Uggla, 2B J. Hairston Jr., 2B 7. C. Aguila, RF J. Jones, RF 8. M. Treanor, C H. Blanco, C 9. S. Olsen, P A. Guzman, P Not horrible at all.
  15. Jones? Neifi? Rusch? (Just 3 horrible deadweight signings/extensions) I wasn't arguing over whether the signings were good or bad. Just that they aren't old. Man I need a remedial reading comprehension class lately.

  17. I don't think he was gonna play anyway - night/day game. Plus Blanco might be good for Gooz's first outing.
