  1. well thats just fantastic! get it done.
  2. That might be the dumbest decision I've ever seen in an NFL game.
  3. yeesh, nice save Huet. i hate shootouts. so win this now.
  4. DONT LOSE TO IOWA STATE PLZ
  5. I'd kill myself.
  6. I know his mom got pretty involved in the recruiting process. Wanted to make sure her son was going to the "right" place. Not sure how much that scared off/eliminated bigger schools.
  7. YESYESYESYES It may be more hope than actual speculation, but I've heard Mitchell and Pressey on board make us players for Beal next year. Well, I think the fact that talent wants to play with talent definitely keeps us in the running, but we're going against some big time programs for Beal. We'll see what happens.
  8. Tony Mitchell commits to Mizzou *backflips* http://www.kansascity.com/385/story/1571554.html
  9. I'm pretty sure there were two or three chop blocks called in the Missouri game today.
  10. i can only speak on behalf of the big 12, but all the SIDs i worked with say that manhattan is the worst, followed by lubbock, then ames. waco's probably after that. i don't know a ton about stillwater. i've been to lincoln, which is kind of boring but seems mostly alright, and lawrence which seemed pretty similar to columbia. my problem with lawrence is that the campus is built on a hill and i'm fat so it was a bitch walking to and from the stadium.
  11. Yeah, but the result of that year was both teams being able to recruit a hell of a lot better than they were. Both schools are finally doing a really good job of securing their own in-state talent, while finally being able to land some of the bigger names in their pipelines as well. They might never be staples in the top-10, but both could and should be top-25 teams for quite some time, IMO.
  12. It'll be interesting. Reesing will be gone, Sharp will be gone, Meier will be gone, and because of that I assume Briscoe will go. Their o-line returns completely intact, but in the few games I've seen they haven't impressed much (though obviously another year of experience helps). They'll probably have to lean on the run more while easing Pick in, but without the big time WR talent it'll be tough. Seems like they lose a lot of experienced depth on the defense too, but are losing two defensive starters and Darrell Stuckey. It'll probably be another down year for Kansas, but they're bringing in a solid 2010 class so far it looks like. However, you have to wonder how long they will stick with Mangino, considering this was supposed to be his most talented team and it looks like they'll go into the last game of the year needing a win to get bowl eligible.
  13. come on MLS reject, hook it.
  14. great. ohio state in the rose bowl again.
  15. They don't rebuild, they reload.
  16. dammit south carolina.
  17. wow this is really stupid. OT easily favor's ohio state since pryor can run
  18. finish it now iowa
  19. Yeah that was crazy. Then the announcer said "Tebowesque" so I rolled my eyes so far into the back of my head that they almost stuck there.
  20. I actually thought Idaho could give them a game. Idaho is a solid team.
  21. well that was an awful pass and awesome everything else.
  22. I haven't seen Missouri play a complete game like this since Illinois. Great to see. Hopefully they can keep that going through the rest of the season and we can pull out a 8-4 record. Also, the fact that Danario Alexander isn't a finalist for the Biletnikoff Award is a damn joke.
