    What's the story with him? Iowa is on his list of 5 schools but Ferentz never really takes transfers. good release, good arm strength. not ideal size. i think he's a better QB than james franklin, but maybe not a fit in our system. i think he's a solid D1 QB. He's also transferring because of some supposed mystery factor that isn't related to the QB competition, but he's not angry with the coaches. I think it's great, since neither of them was going to reach their potential while splitting the reps competing for the job. I like Franklin better anyway too, so I'm excited to see him be the guy this fall. I agree, I'm glad it clears things up a bit and one of them can develop. I think Berkstresser is better than any of them though (or, should I say, could be better than any of them).
