    Yeah his defense is killer. Why was he so terrible at the plate last year compared to previous years? He doesn't excite me very much. Seems like Pena would be a better option.

    So it has zero to do with the PR and everything to do with a "source" being a moron and Deaton misspeaking (which he admitted to regretting).

    TT hit it on the head pretty well. As for 3...the BoC told the media beforehand there wouldn't be any sort of comment after their meeting that night. Sneaking out the back door is whatever, but the media was informed that there wouldn't be anything discussed after the meeting. I know I'm biased (in more ways that one re: your original comment), but I think Deaton has done a fine job this time around. He's made it pretty clear that the only thing holding this up is legal issues. I expect it to be done shortly.

    I'd start Carter. He was solid last week at 10/89 1 TD and the Titans D isn't great.

    I was at Game 6 in 2003... Going to my first Hawks game on Dec. 4 in St. Louis I was at the 2001 Bears game against the 49ers where they scored a bunch of 4th quarter points and then Mike Brown got a pick-six to end the game in OT. I want to go to a World Cup game and a Hawks game in Chicago. I don't have a huge bucket list.

    Heath Miller vs. NE Vernon Davis vs. CLE NE hasnt been great to TE's (6th least points given up), while Cleveland has given up the 3rd most to TEs, but Cleveland has been tough on QBs (3rd least points) and I have to start Alex Smith this week because Rodgers is on Bye.

    yeah this has been very odd. out of all the schools, the hatred from ksu has been astounding. i think a big portion is the guy kevin keitzman from kc radio. the mizzou boards have been quoting him non-stop on his propoganda against mizzou. kstate fans, much more than anyone, are taking this personally. its very odd. Keitzman is like KSU Jesus. Anything he says, they'll latch on to. From a PR position, though, MU hasn't handled this thing very well. In what way?
