  1. After Foles. And Nagy. And Pace.
  2. Please make it stop. Holy horsefeathers this is bad.
  3. Defense determined not to let Foles sink them.
  4. LOL. That’s how ya do it!
  5. We’ve got a kicker now, sigh. Literally there is no blitz that will not work.
  6. Gonna take 2 TDs on D to win this.
  7. Highs & lows.
  8. Well the Rams and Cards both won, so the Bears need to win just to keep pace. Also, Detroit won so a loss could mean the Bears could very well be in last place in the NFC North if they can't beat Green Bay coming out the bye. I had a good deal of optimism heading into this 4 week stretch leading up to the bye. I was hoping we would manage a 2-2 record by surprising one of the first 3 and then beat MIN tonight. Came so close in that NO game but it didn’t happen. Now tonight feels like the season. Not where I was hoping we’d be. Oh well, win tonight and there’s still a decent chance.
  9. I just watch the games now too. Can’t believe I used to be entertained by the sports shows.
  10. Odds have to be better than 50% that he doesn't make it to opening day.
  11. It’s pretty cool to see Indiana in the top 10.
  12. Ugh raw you just put my frustration into perfect words and I hate you now [emoji20]
  13. Deon Bush is in the same boat as well. This is a damn mess. But hey, the games must go on! I’m guessing if the Titans didn’t already have their bye weeks erased due to their own covid mess this game might been cancelled I think you’re right. This seems a little reckless to me.
  14. ....that can’t be healthy
  15. You should have already done it!
  16. I just don't like that argument anymore. Not that you're wrong, but we should all expect to be the team with the GM that doesn't screw it up. Not one of the teams that did.
  17. I mean, it's a standard. I think the McCaskeys appreciate that they made a playoff run and are in the hunt this year after being pathetic for a few years. its pretty stunning how a few missed draft picks can absolutely tank a team. I liked Trubisky when they drafted him primarily because as raw pointed out, he was a consensus top QB by the "gurus" (trading up was foolish, but a different issue). Its caused me to wonder how experts rate these guys, and why they can be so wildly off. Was there anyone saying Mahomes was the guy back then? if so, is that the pre-draft source to follow? I'm really, really frustrated by the Trubisky pick. I was bewildered by it at the time, then talked myself down to a wait and see approach. So much rides on the right pick for QB. It's not binary good team/bad team, but it's a big measuring stick. Every time I see Mahomes I see Pace failing to see that. It's what he was paid to do. He's paid to see that
  18. That’s the standard? He took a terrible team and now they aren’t so terrible?
  19. Why does it seem like Pace doesn't get the grilling that he so richly deserves? He's always been horrible, is horrible, and will continue to be horrible. Was it not clear when he picked Trubisky that he's way out of his league?
  20. Theories abound with the Badgers, and I haven't seen anything solid yet. It's worth noting that COVID-19 has been exploding in WI, and in Madison it was found that the original source of the outbreak was UW Madison, coinciding with the return of students to campus. Also, I believe there were false negatives on the antigen test. Chryst tested positive, but had a negative antigen test earlier. False negatives with that test are really problematic. You've got one or two guys who have the disease, think they don't, and are obviously doing all the things involved in football that can easily spread the virus. I haven't heard anything to say that the football players were flouting the rules, or weren't.
  21. I haven't seen that kind of stuff from Wims before? I think I'd cut him, half for that and half because he just isn't very good.
  22. I almost hate Foles even more that he goes on good streaks. I was all for pulling him for Mitch then he puts together a drive. I don’t want to root for him to stop sucking so we can cobble together a game saving drive. It’s too stressful and doesn’t mean the Bears are good enough even if he succeeds.
  23. I’ll have trouble remembering that game in 2020 versus that game in a bunch of other seasons. But yeah, this one hurts like hell. Just handed it to them on a silver platter.
  24. Bah, had him. I hate Hill by the way. The most punchable face in football.
  25. All about mechanics with him. He doesnt have the arm talent that even Trubisky does, so if he throws off his back foot or doesn't step into his throws, it's a disaster. A backpedaling Foles is a cringeworthy sight.
