    New ownership is needed. Virginia and the rest of the McCaskeys are utter failures too. I doubt they’ll sell, so I guess the question is, do the McCaskeys have a “Rocky” in the family?

    I wouldn’t mind so much either, but he was so obviously double covered. There was really no chance at all for a completion. And it should’ve been Clear from the beginning

    I’m seeing any indication the Bears are going to stop the Packers at any of their passes. Look OK against the run but Packers don’t need it.

    Somehow I knew when Montgomery couldn’t break that last tackle it would mean no TD on the drive. Nice run though.

    I’ve always thought Mitch was better when he pulls it down and runs more. It’s not a great commentary on his skills as a passer but if he wants to look better out there I think he shouldn’t hang around in the pocket. Look for running lanes more often, throw quickly or look to run.

    I’d go so far as to say Mitch playing well isn’t in the long term interest of the franchise. I'd say the long-term interest of the franchise won't depend on or be affected by how he plays one way or another. whomever they draft next is likely to suck just as much Well what I had in mind was a total house cleaning Pace on down.

    I would think so. It’s a pretty good time to set the explosives at the foundation and bring the whole thing to the ground. I’d like to see what Stafford looks like with another team too.

    You as well. Not sure I like those unis. I’d love to see the audience breakdown of this game. I suspect there are better percentages of non-Lions fan viewers who have it on just because it’s background noise. And lower percentages of Lions fans who refuse to watch anymore out of pure disgust. I remember feeling that way during the Fox “regime” or whatever the hell his time in CHI was supposed to be called.

    Cry more. Wisconsin can’t win in Evanston no matter who the refs are. Sheesh tough crowd. I said this when I actually thought the Badgers came to play. It wasn't long after that I realized 1) NU is pretty darn good this year by Big 10 West standards, 2) UW is overrated this year. NU played a great game. Badgers have a young QB, lost 3 starters on the offensive line, and no Taylor to bail them out when the pass game reeks. That's just not going to stand against a good defense like that. I'm not crying but if a DB can't turn around while the ball is in the air, and stand there waiting for an underthrown pass to come right at him? That would cut both ways, and I'd willingly offer up it's a bad call if it happened to the other team. He would literally have had to say, nope got to let the receiver catch it and step out of the way.

    I’ve never seen a team bungle a sure win with penalties like Indy just did. That’s saying something as a Bear fan. Still not over but holy hell that was a total horsefeathers show.

    I follow a lot of Lions fans on Twitter. They have achieved an enviable level of apathy. They want Patricia gone bad. Zero confidence their next hire will be any better.

    So is he out for the season? That sounds serious enough not to mess around with by trying to soldier through until fully healed.

    I mean, people are still going to say you were 1-9 on Monday night football and your one win was against a team with a historically stinky offensive performance. And you won by less than a TD. Big whoop Kirk.
