    I understand the projection and potential. But, honestly, I've never been a Turner fan. I'm not saying I'm right. I am probably wrong. I don't have a lot of experience, and I'm basing this off of seeing him a few times 2 years ago. But, I've never thought of him as more of a 4/5 as his endgame.

    Couldn't see much of the swing, but nice to see it was a no-doubter. Are those tie dye uniforms? seriously, what the [expletive] were they wearing? for a split second I thought they had animal pelts around their shoulders or something It was Jimmy Buffett Night. The jerseys were for that. There's a better picture of them here, from Taiwan Easterling.

    Saw on twitter that according to smokies radio, McNutt has been moved to the BP, effective a couple days ago. How did I not see that.

    i can't click names Use a different template. If they show up on the index page as the person who started a thread or the last person to post in a thread, I can click their name, but within the thread itself I can't. Is that different for other people. That's the default on the subsilver board theme. If you change to a different stylesheet/theme, you get different options like clicking on the username to get the profile. But, different theme seems like a different website, entirely, and I didn't like it.

    I'm not real keen on these transactions coming in technically at the ASB, but the rules say "game" so I will have to fix that technicality for next season. Bukie, this will count as you first two transactions of the first half, and your first transaction of the second half. Nevermind, I just realized one was a wild card transaction. I at least posted mine while there were games still being played, but resigned myself to if it doesn't count, it doesn't count...

    Was in VA Beach this past week, wearing my Cubs gear, and 1 person commented. I've found that saying something homer/meatballish is better. It keeps the less informed from trying to argue with me that is a much better player that that lazy Castro.

    I wonder how that sad list of names compares to other teams percentages of successful first rounders.

    I think that it's somewhat a distinct possibility. Because he can not sign, and go to college (remain an amateur- not likely), wouldn't it be an improper benefit if the team gave him a free jersey?

    I've kind of had it in my mind that he's going to be a super utility type guy. Fills in hopefully at SS, 3B, 2B, LF, and RF, getting 100+ starts over the course of the season. Not saying it doesn't happen... but how often does a utility/bench guy get 100+ starts? 3 times over a 10 year career?

    Campana was called up to replace Dempster. Wells was called up to replace Byrd. I thought both were already on the 40 man roster?
