Other random observations from tonight's game: Jensen sat 89-92, Berg: 89-91, Antigua mid 80s, with low to mid 70s curve, and Levitt was an "easy" 88-91- meaning he looked more momentum based, not pitching torque. Geiger fielded both 3rd and 1st fairly well, he was unable to dig out a very poor throw from Baez on a double play and missed a very low pickoff throw attempt. Easterling was eventually pulled from the game, and the whole scene shifted. Hoilman moved to left. That will probably not happen again, or, shouldn't. His arm doesn't play there, and he's not the most fleet of foot, or quick to react. Defensively, the chiefs made a lot of errors, quite a few on very errant pickoff throws, and Easterling in the OF is an adventure. Speed is a HUGE part of their game. Other random thought. In the first 2 games, Villone (PC) seemed to upstage Kopitzke, and argue more calls, argue more vehemently, and even made the Rosario pitching change, while sprinting out of the dugout, before turning back to Kopitzke to motion him out of the dugout. Isn't he a "new establishment" guy? Maybe auditioning for a bigger role/manager job, if not trying to take this one? I have to work tomorrow, so I won't be uploading the pictures and video tonight. But they'll go up tomorrow, and I'll post them in here.
