    The Cubs really need to start scoring next time up. I hate to see good Wood performances wasted by poor to nil run support.

Well, unlike some of you all, I don't have the time to be reading every post. ;) That's and the fact that I do like to run my mouth off from time to time are the primary reasons I'm not a mod. (j/k) ;) What's your Morgan quote on your sig in reference to? It sounds stupid on it's own, but I'm curious who he was talking about.

    Every hitter on this team not named Lee is streaky, no? I don't think Hairston is that bad. He does find a way to get on base, even when he's not hitting. I didn't say anybody was bad.... just streaky. And I was addressing that question - not bad about being streaky. :D And Pretty Boy LoDuca rips a hit. Grrr...

    I'm not sure whether Corey's coming back, unless he really gets on a tear in AAA. And even at that, he may be brought up just long enough for trade bait. Let's see, is anyone in the market for a poor man's Mike Cameron?

    Two things happened: (1) We got some different people - rookies even! :shock: - into the mix. (2) Hairston and Walker are actually at the top of the batting order. Amazing.
