My Nephew has ADHD and he always had trouble focusing in class and causing trouble (that one kid who disrupts the teacher speaking or running all over the place instead of getting in line), which is why his school recommended to my sister to have him checked out. So that said, the only thing I can see that may indicate this is Castro's lack of focus which we see when he makes defensive mistakes.. however I at least haven't seen the Hyperactivity side of ADHD from Castro, its more than likely something that only people who know him off the field can experience.
