    That wraps it up for the Cubs' draft. Thanks to everyone who contributed over the past few days! We'll now use this thread to report on signings, guys who turn down the Cubs, scouting reports, and the like. The signing deadline for players with college eligibility remaining is August 16th.

He hit 94 on the gun, but then went and blew out his elbow, leading to Tommy John surgery.
