    I don't know, but I hope like hell there is some vintage Santo for what turns out to be an epic playoff run. That would be icing on the cake. I hope th game isn't on too much of a delay cause I want to listen to the radio while watching the tv, but i can't stand when there is a delay.

    Yeah, that's the one that was in the paper this morning. I like this better, with Ramirez 4th and the LRLR alternation starting after. Yeah, I hate when Ramirez bat's fifth.

    Augie with Cubs: 316 AB's, .196/.270/.275 Augie on another team: 172 AB's, .297/.386/.390 Now I know both of those are too small of sample sizes, but I honestly never thought that Augie could ever have that kind of production in any 172 at-bat sample. I can't believe he's back in the major leagues, I can't believe he was one of the Diamondbacks top pinch hitters for a while earlier in the season, and I really can't believe how he's the starting second baseman for a playoff team and somehow isn't a major hole there. I honestly have no idea how he has done it. More like Augie Oroida. Augie is within 12 points of the top BA in the DBacks' starting lineup. Think about that. I suddenly just got a much better understanding of some of the optimism floating around about this game. Sweet Jeeeeesus...that's pathetic.

    I always liked Chip. Never really understood what everybody disliked. "SWUNG ON BELTED.....caught in shallow center field" He was just so over-the-top it was annoying.

    I'm freezing in my room. Of course I just realized I still have th AC on so I turned it off and opened the window. (however, hooray for free air and heat)

    hey roast, you gonna change your name if the cubs win the whole thing? I was actually thinking about this the other day. I've been thinking about just cutting it down to "Roast" since that's what everyone refers to me as anyway. Although, CubManPi's suggestion is pretty awesome.
