    Matt LaPorta should be first in that line. They could revolutionalize the game with their new 3 1B lineup! Or they could petition to move back to the AL... :-k WINNER. Do it! Stop screwing up the size of our division, jerks.

    The guy is a sham reliever, lou needs to do something about him and fast. He constantly gives up homers in the ninth inning. I mean, he's done it twice in a row. When is this team going to get it's head out of it's butt.

    Well good. Sounds like he feels as if he's getting it together. Also good to hear that Pie is hitting. I want to see them both back up here, and soon. A rotation of Z, Lilly, Dempster, Gallagher, and Hill looks so much better than any rotation involving Marquis.

    I would have given anything to be there. I immediately got goose bumps (amidst running wild up and down the stairs). Does anyone know if any posters were there? It was incredible. I'm pretty sure that's the loudest I've ever heard that stadium get. Ever. Must've been amazing. Couldn't have been as loud as Kerry Wood's game tying homer in Game 7 of 2003, though, right? Well I don't remember the crowd reaction well enough to compare but today was certainly the loudest game I've ever been to.

I'm pretty sure that's the loudest I've ever heard that stadium get. Ever. I was in the bleachers the night of the Cards game when Jacque homered and Barrett hit the grand slam to win it. That was unreal. If today was louder, wow. Good call. That was a pretty loud game as well. I can't really compare the two (mostly because I don't remember the Cards game as well since it was way back in 2006). Well yeah. I'm comparing it to sosa's 60th HR in 99, the Reds game last year with the ramirez triple and the derosa walk-off infield hit as those are the other two ridiculously loud events i've been too. But yeah, today was just insane.

    Seeing Edmonds raising his arms for a Cubs home run made me like him more. Gross. Yeah, I just saw that. When i saw him do I started smiling ear-to-ear, then I realized it was edmonds. eww.

    That was a fun game to be at. Wow. EDIT: also, i have to point out that I am the cubs good luck charm. I was at the gate when the cubs went down 8-0. I actually came in the stadium in the bottom of the fourth when the cubs scored their first run. Go me.

    This is the Key. The DeVry shuttle is convenient but immediately after the game the shuttle buss is PACKED.

    I have a ball with both Marshall's and Murton's autograph on it. I'd like at least one of them to have success. i have a ball somewhere at my parents with shawn estes and joe borowski's autographs on it. ill sell it for $2000 OBO I can top that. I have one with Dave Veres and Antonio Alfonseca. Hector Villanueva Jerome Williams, Corey Patterson, Mark Prior, Bobby Hill, Michael Barrett, GlenAllen Hill.

    That game was nuckin' Futts. That's all I have to add. Now i'm going to go to sleep and hopefully not wake up until it's time to leave for the game tomorrow.
