    Yeah. A whole lot went right for us this year and these opportunities don't come around much. Our odds are as good as anyone's but it's significantly less than 50/50 that we'll be back here in a year. Exactly. That's the crummy part.. we were so close now being a final four team and all.. and there's no guarantee that we will get that again next year. A lot can happen: injuries, etc.. We had a chance this year, and it's heart breaking that we couldn't get to the end (and even crummier that we got swept), but in the same time, we definitely did overachieve.. so it's like a weird mix of emotions for me at this moment.

    I feel you man.. went from a really high high to a really low low in such a fast amount of time. Wanted to enjoy the NLDS win and all but then haven't had much of anything to get excited about ever since then. :(

    David Kaplan is an annoying hack. If the Cubs win this Series in 7- I vote that he should be terminated from his job and run out of Chicago.

    Hey there- I'm not sure where you are at exactly.. just from my own experience this week, I would not recommend one of the Wrigleyville bars. I went over on Tuesday thinking I could hang out at the knot hole and it was closed off, which sucked. So I was kind of stuck roaming around and trying to catch on a tv, but all the bar TVs (Murphy's, Cubby Bear, etc.) are on a thirty second delay, so it was really annoying that I could hear the crowd in the park screaming about something and you'd have to wait thirty seconds to see what actually happened on the tv screen. It was kind of frustrating and kind of made me feel like I'd rather have just watched the game from home and then gone down there afterwards to celebrate.
