It really is amazing how many holes this team had with the amount of money they have spent. They went into the season with question marks at 1B, 3B, and catcher and had a substandard pen and only want to go over the tax if they are close to the playoffs at the trading deadline. Well now it won’t matter because this is a 3rd place team. -

A problem when you are a light hitter with speed

PCA showing the ump it hit his bat, but the catcher caught the ball before it hit the ground

He’s missed some easy flies in Phoenix, in Atlanta, and now in Chicago. Not sure if it’s losing the ball in the lights, rain, lack of concentration, fluke plays, or all of the above.

Listening to Counsell’s pregame, he really has no answers for this team. Getting swarmy with the media. This is pressure under higher expectations than he ever had in Milwaukee. -
He’s on the downward trend and Tauchman is a better overall player

Should be Tauchman at DH, Happ/PCA/Suzuki in the OF, and Morel/Swanson/Nico/Belly in the IF everyday. Busch doesn’t deserve to play everyday, but Morel is close to that too.
