  1. So Patrick Kane is in NYC at a club wearing his Team USA Jersey and his silver medal. That's stupid enough. Then he sees the Black Eyes Peas and purposely falls down next to them to get seen by them. What an immature goof. http://www.nypost.com/p/pagesix/love_the_peas_iUpdcoe2p89ngvTvci7BWJ
  2. Couldn't the Bears have traded their picks for Boldin? Then trade Olsen for a fourth rounder to replace at least one of them? Olsen is just another one one Angelo's failed first round draft picks. If Forte doesn't pan out, Angelo should trade that pick every single year. The problem is that you HAVE to hit on your first rounders. Trading them might not be a bad idea, but I doubt Jerry will really ever do this. When you hit on your first rounders, you look like the Colts. When you don't, you look like the Bears.
  3. The Bears should be the most profitable NFL teams in that they have the second biggest market all too themselves, but I remember that they were at the bottom end of the top 10 in profits. The Bears have money even though they should have more, but just as with the Cubs, they don't spend it well (giving in to Urlacher, Tommie, and Hester.) Go ahead and get Peppers, but that money better not keep them from pursuing a great player in his prime.
  4. If the Bears sign Peppers to a big contract, how will that affect the salary cap when one finally gets resolved? Isn't age 30 the year that DEs really begin to get old? How many DEs over 30 have put up double digit sacks?
  5. I don't think Andrews really dresses too risque. Some things might be a little tighter than normal, but she is just so beautiful that most anything she wears makes her look hot.
  6. ESPN has been involved in a number of sexually-related miscues the last few years (Reynolds, Philips, Kutselias, and Tony) and although it brings them publicity, they realize four is too many. I think ESPN is just trying to stop this and laying down the kaybash by being a little too tough on Tony. What Tony did was wrong, but 2 weeks is a little excessive.
  7. He was initially emotional, more than I thought. I didn't think he would miss the Masters, but I think he might now.
  8. On the radio I heard, Tiger, why wasn't 18 holes enough for you?
  9. I think so as well but, could that be another max FA? Wade and Bosh for example? Wade isn't going anywhere. Neither is LeBron. The Bulls best bet is Bosh and Joe Johnson, and that has a slim chance of happening. I doubt any team is getting two max contract players. The problem for the Bulls is that there are too many teams that can give max contracts and not enough great players. Joe Johnson does not have the skills to be a max contract player, but all you need to really be one is a team that is willing to offer him that. NY is going to offer him that after they fail to get LeBron. Why are some people suddenly so sure that neither Wade or LeBron are going anywhere? I have a guy who knows people.

  11. Why do the Bucks want Salmons? Redd is out, but they aren't going anywhere.
  12. Maxim spread time! Mancuso>Vonn
  13. Shaun White in sequins would top everything. But seriously, how does he get so much higher than everyone else?
  14. bosh will be a free agent. Exactly. They aren't going to resign him, so trade him now for something.
  15. I haven't heard anything related to Bosh. Doesn't Toronto want to get something for him? LA is out of the Bosh talks right?
  16. Yep, CNBC. MSNBC has coverage too. Man there were some wicked falls in the women's downhill. And Shaun White is unstoppable.
  17. Looks like Salmons going to the Bucks in exchange for Kurt Thomas. The Bulls will be $20 million under the cap next year.
  18. i mean, i'd prefer they make the playoffs The year that the Bulls got Rose, they weren't going anywhere if they made the playoffs. I'm glad they missed the playoffs. Imagine where this franchise would be without him. But on the other hand, last year's series against the Celtics was unbelievably exciting.
  19. I have not been following Castro's career, but I hear that he can hit for average, has some power, and has decent plate discipline. What about his speed and defense?
  20. Oh he's turrible now. So why would they opt to re-sign him instead of going after the other FA's? For the same reason they signed a slightly above average Luol Deng to $70 million. I don't want them to get sign McGrady, but I wouldn't put it past the Bulls.
  21. Oh he's turrible now.
  22. On second thought, make that shooting guard.
  23. Are the Bulls the front runners for Amare now or is Miami?
  24. Those are good reasons. I am talking about the Bulls getting McGrady just because they think he is going to be with them long term as their power forward. As in a see how good he is this year and then sign him to a long-term deal.
  25. this guy brings the lulz You are assuming that the Bulls make moves for the right reasons. If only NBA GMs were always rational. well considering there have been dozens of articles that say the bulls main goal this deadline is to get expirings and draft picks..... You are assuming that the Bulls make moves for the right reasons.
