    Wow. I hope they realize that Jay was still in recovery mode from the concussion. He won't play like that again.

    Yeah I think they are slightly better. Going into the playoffs the 2006 team did not have a better overall defense. They were without Harris and Brown. This year's defense is healthy, has a better defensive line, and better safety play. The 2006 was not flawed, but they did not have the kind of QB play that Cutler brings right now. And since that is the most important position in major sports, it is key. Cutler is what makes this team better.

    What's the point in comparing this to 2006? The obvious point is that the Bears should easily win.

    This Seattle team isn't as good as the 2006 team and I think this Bears team is a little better than the 2006 team. My prediction: Bears 24, Seahawks 17.

    How much money would he demand? The Bears will probably cut Tommie, Manumaleuna, and Taylor but I don't know if they have enough to get Asomugha.

    If Green Bay wins tomorrow the Seahawks win will be another stroke of good luck for the Bears. I really haven't seen a team have a stretch with such good luck in a long time. But I'm not complaining.

    I thought Cromardie was going to down it in the end zone to conserve time, but taking it out turned out to be a great decision. The Jets squeaked that one out and aren't going anywhere next week.

    The Bears were playing for a first round bye weren't they?

    That's not very accurate. Off the top of my head, I thought the only games he played below average in were New England and the Jets games. But looking at the stats, he had 6 tackles, a sack, and 2 tipped passes vs. NE. I thought he played well vs. Detroit, definitely in the 2nd half. He was great vs. Minnesota (INT and nearly had another). And he was solid last week vs. Green Bay. I didn't realize the Detroit game was in December. Still, against the good lines of New England and New York he didn't have great games. The lines the Bears will see in the playoffs will be the better ones.

    Hasselbeck was sacked only once today which is key. If they play the Bears and the Bears get zero sacks like they did when they played them earlier in the season it could happen again. Peppers had a bad December and he needs to play like a stud again.

    Has to be right at the top of the list. Adrian Peterson had a really good one too a few years back.

    C'mon Seattle! I hope the Seahawk line stays strong because one decent hit to Hasselbeck and he will be down for the count.

    I already said the schedule has been easy so you must be ignoring the fact that I did not ignore it. The Bulls have All-Star center who is their energy guy. When he goes down so will their energy. It is also possible that they are in a rut right now. Every team goes through them.

    Or a .630ish team. Most everyone realized that the Bulls would not be able to keep up their level of play when Noah went down. Then when it actually happens some people freak out. Every team goes through ruts and this is just a rut. They will be fine.

    Yeah, terrible just terrible team.

    The Bulls are winning at a 70% clip without him and a 66% clip with him. They are obviously playing weaker teams, but all is not lost.
