  1. It is kind of embarrassing for the pitchers that 11 runs have been scored with a never-ending outside corner.
  2. So Clayton Richard turns into Francisco Liriano, stuff-wise, as a reliever. Good to know.
  3. [expletive] Chase Utley. Our two second basemen are dominating.
  4. Clayton Richard has borderline electric stuff right now and it's kind of freaking me out.
  5. I mean it's not like he hasn't gotten results this season. You can look at the overall numbers and see that he's a good pitcher.
  6. Soto has the yippiest actions I've seen in a while throwing the ball back to the pitcher, but he makes THAT throw? He really is Rube Baker.
  7. "Hendricks doesn't have the gas to throw it by Avi inside" - Stone *Hendricks throws an 88 mph fastball by him inside*
  8. Bold prediction - Starlin hits a dong and has at least 6 hits this series.
  9. I saw in play, run(s) on a high changeup and totally assumed he hit #3.
  10. Even David has moved on from Bryant's July slump. You can too. It's over and we don't need a post every time he strikes out.
  11. Has Motte thrown a pitch under 85 mph all year before that last one?
  12. Man, the top of the 9th against the Rockies after the Phillies series and before the Bryant walk-off seems like a lifetime ago.
  13. 4.5 up on a playoff spot with Lester vs some guy I've never heard of going tomorrow. Niiiice.
  14. That thing Smith does with his bubble gum kind of grosses me out.
  15. a hit = 2 sac fly or grounder up the middle gets one, but I don't think they'll get a hit
  16. Cool, now we get to the terrible hitters. They're not getting more than one run.
  17. Yeah, I think Kiley McDaniel's hesitations about Russell's arm angle/strength at SS seems to have SOME merit. I assume he'll still be good there because he seems to be really good at everything other than maybe a throw from the OF grass in the hole.
  18. Move in the fences as part of the restoration project.
  19. Clayton Richard is throwing 95 mph. Holy cow.
  20. I can understand Maddon not wanting to walk Lind and put the go-ahead run on base. Plus, all of our best relievers for 7-8-9 innings should be available.
  21. With a lefty due up and a RISP, I get it. Just really surprised Maddon did it with Hammel at only 65 pitches.
  22. Yep, centerfielder. Good D, questionable bat. Good stuff from Russell.
  23. Finally Bryant gets one of those to land in the stands/basket and not in an outfielder's glove at the wall. Seems like all of his dongs are total no-doubters.
