I don't think much comes back for them because they're old and have major injury concerns. I want to see how the new CBA works in practice before committing to selling off our good players. Boston isn't Los Angeles, New York, or Chicago. If players keep looking to team up in nice areas, Boston is going to be pretty far down the list. The only thing the franchise has going for it (talent neutral) is the history, and I don't think players really care much about that. Rondo's really [expletive] good, but it's going to be a tough sell to a free agent to come play with Rajon, Brandon Bass an unprotected 2016 draft pick.

Yes, yes I am. Rondo is the greatest player to ever play anything. On a serious note, SSR, do you think you guys trade any of the big 3? I talked about it in the General NBA thread, I think by March we're in line for a playoff spot, and they won't sell in that situation. Even if injuries take their toll, they still won't be able to move Garnett or Pierce. I really don't see that much coming back for Allen, those type of trades just don't seem to return much. I'd rather ride it into the ground if we're a couple games out of the playoffs come trade deadline.
