    This, plus I have the feeling that the people who will be there are going to be the worst in 2003 i was going to be in wrigleyville for the world series, and i was pumped up for it. but 13 years later it sounds awful, and watching at home with my wife sounds ideal.

    i haven't gone in forever, but basically it was founded on the nsbb model, so a lot of the posters were cool and smart, even though they were cards fans. i have no idea if the atmosphere is similar now though.
