  2. wait, so he's arguing that it should be easy to make the playoffs when you're in the al east? I think he'd know, he has a journalism degree unlike these idiot bloggers. My cat could work her way through a journalism degree.
  3. Duh the football's color will blend in and be tougher to see.
  4. Sureeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Just because USC and UCLA did that a couple of years ago doesn't mean squat. It's not doucey, it's gimmicky, and Alabama football and more important Nick Saban football doesn't need or required gimmicks. So just because Alabama said no to the crimson .v. orange jersey doesn't make it doucey, crying about something so trivial now that says douchebaggery. Can't Kiffin still do it and sacrifice a time out?
  5. The worst thing about the Internet is that every idiot has their own blog.
  6. Points Scored with Kelly Page in the game: 0 Points Scored with Tanner Justice in the game: 17
  7. Well nothing will likely change for Ball State in five days.

  9. by one dimensional, we dont mean ingram and nothing else. we mean running game and little else on offense. ie mcelroy isnt very good.
  10. Alabama seems one dimensional to me. McElroy played lights out in the games against crappy defenses, but in the three games he played against good to great defenses he was largely useless. He failed to complete over 50% of his passes against Virginia Tech, South Carolina and Ole Miss. He threw one TD pass and three picks in those games. I'm expecting Tennessee to stack the box and make McElroy beat him. They did that to Florida and Tebow managed to eek out enough runs to win. Tebow wasn't very effective passing in the game and he's a lot better passer than McElroy. I think Tennessee matches up well in this game. I don't think they'll do anything on offense to win though. My guess is Alabama 13-6, or 17-6. Something like that. If Berry can get a pick 6, they might be able to pull of the win. Another thing to consider is that the Vols have two weeks to prepare. Crompton's played a lot better outside of Florida and UCLA. Granted much like McElroy all of his success has came against weak defenses.
  11. we get it, you puke. Are you an Illinois fan? If so I mean no ill, to you.
  12. Well beating Arkansas State is more impressive than beating, say Illinois.
  13. Well beating Northern Iowa is more impressive than beating, say Illinois.
  14. The latter, but Bama has been better than Florida this year and it's really not that close to this point. Can you really discard the game last season between the two? Is Florida really that much worse? I don't think so.I sure can, because the rankings are ostensibly based on the performance of the two teams during the 2009 season, and Alabama's performance has been much better. Better? Perhaps. Much better? No. All the computers have the two teams split for the most part, both the bcs ones and the non bcs ones. if anything they're pretty much equal this year. then you give the benefit of the doubt to florida since they beat alabama last season. if alabama and florida were to play next week, who do you think wins? i dont think alabama can score on florida's defense and tim tebow would be able to make enough plays to pull it out.

  16. Allow me to rephrase. If we win and the pollsters deem it lopsided enough to not take votes away, ND will be back in the polls. if ball state wins there's no way they'd be ranked.
  17. coaches http://www.usatoday.com/sports/college/football/usatpoll.htm
  18. if they win it does not mean they will be back in the polls.
  19. Florida Alabama Texas USC Boise St. Cincy Miami LSU Iowa TCU The computers do not like Miami. They were 12th last week in the computers and only one of the top 11 failed to win this week (Virginia Tech). The losses by Virginia Tech and Nebraska are probably going to hurt the Hurricanes this week in the computers. Ohio State was 13th in the computers coming into the week. Miami was already behind LSU, Iowa and TCU in the computers. They were behind TCU and LSU in the Coaches Poll and will likely fall behind Iowa there this week, I think. They were already behind all three in the Harris Poll. I think it's between them and Oregon. The computers love the Ducks (#7 last week). Don't count out Virginia Tech dropping only to number nine or ten in the BCS either. They were #4 in the computers behind Florida, Alabama and Iowa last week in that order.
  20. 1. 6-0 Florida 2. 7-0 Alabama 3. 6-0 Texas 4. 5-1 USC 5. 6-0 Boise State 6. 7-0 Iowa 7. 5-1 LSU 8. 6-0 Cincinnati 9. 5-1 Oregon 10. 6-0 Texas Christian
  21. Good job Kansas.
  22. Alabamas offense is trying to lose this game too. Stephen Garcia is just playing like Stephen Garcia.
  23. and UAB lost 56-19 against Texas A&M who is losing 59-14 to Kansas State - a team who lost to the mighty Ragin Cajuns of Louisiana Lafayette
  24. He's playing UAB.
  25. Play Tim Tebow.
