It just doesn't seem like Melo is gonna sign with us. And I don't want the bulls to miss an opportunity while waiting for these guys to announce where they are signing.

I was initially against getting him but now I think the bulls should finalize a deal with Stephenson immediately. Seeing te money Parsons an Heyward are gonna get and knowing teams will get desperate after the major names land, we need to take a shot on Stephenson. If they got Pau and Stephenson (as well as Mirotic and Rose) added to what's already a decent team, I think we win the offseason even compared to Cleveland. And Assuming Rose's health I'd say we have a very good chance of winning a title with that team.

Sacramento is interested in acquiring Lebron James but the other 31 teams are in the lead to sign lebron. I know what hes saying, im saying what he is saying is worthless information. And i dont know the difference between Woj and the rest of them. I dont follow any of these guys specifically to have any clue whether one is less terrible than the others.

How can 3 teams lead the way on signing a guy. Only one team can be leading the way. These nba writers are either absolutely clueless or their employers are making them report when they have nothing to report.

I don't remember what year maybe 2010 he was the consensus 2 pick in rotisserie league. For a while he was easily a top 5 fantasy guy. Getting you steals blocks threes ft boards etc.

At this point I want the bulls to secure a second tier option. After melo and Lebron stay put or whatever they do Minnesota will be in great shape with the only legit star dangling out there. I imagine the price tag will be too steep for garpax. I'm coming around on Stephenson. He may not be the quality scorer we need but he is young with upside and he appears to no te commanding payment for tht upside, unlike Heyward or parsons or Bradley. I think our team is kinda perfect to harness stephensons attitude and given howich he's improved since his freshman year, his size and physical attributes tell me that he could develope a game that that can get to the line more than he does. Just [expletive] sign him.

Can the heat tell wade to [expletive] off and sign melo and Lebron to a max and bosh to a near max? Wade opting out leaves that as an option right? Not that They would do that, I'm sure they wouldn't but they could basically choose to offer wade a number lower than one he would accept.

So Lebron took a 4 year vacation to miami won a couple titles allowed the Cavs to retool with a dozen first overall picks and goes back? I'm ready to start hating Lebron again. Rose you better come back healthy with a better jumper. What's happening with Rondo?

Weve seen Novak do this from time to time. From a fitness standpoint I still have to favor him in this set due to Fed's age. Fed needs to step on his service games. that said Federer is moving incredibly well right now.

That set was incredible. One break in the first 3 sets and 5 in the 4th. Federer's mental strength as seen in that set is just unreal.

pretty sure you don't get disbarred for talking to randos about what city basketball players might be in on a given day MSG is a public company. If these lawyers are working on Melos contract and they told people about it it would be very unethical.

Dear god why would lawyers at seyfarth shaw know Melos lawyers will be in town. And that would be crazy unprofessional and potentially grounds for dis barring if they actually spread that.

We traded shark and hammel together so obviously we were going to get a top rates prospect. But it being a guy who won't come up until 2017 is a worst case scenario type trade.

I find it impossible to believe that trading them together gets more value back than trading them apart. I am not in favor of creating more holes on the big league team that now need to be addressed.

Yea teams are gonna be salivating over Edwin Jackson now. Imagine the kinda prospects we could get for Russel if he pans out. Love you Front office.

Can I get a definative pronunciation on Mirotic? I've been hearing a lot of mir-AH-tic. Personally I'm hoping it's mira-TEACH. Also mir-AH-tich seems to be I'm the mix.

Fed winning Sunday would be pretty storybook. He'd be the oldest modern era champion by over a year. It's be like Nicklaus at the 86 masters. Especially beating Novak.

If we replace Naz with an actual big body then there are too many rotation calibre frot court players for Mirotic to play starter type minutes.

Any teams that want Noah bad enough won't trade valuable NBA players for him. What would be the purpose of adding Noah if you are gonna trade good players for him. Players like Noah only get traded when they won't sign for their team. We don't need to gut the team to win. Adding Mirotic and afflalo and bringing back a healthy Rose would have made us the best team in the east. Even with a good heat pickup I don't see them as better. Serious question. Has anybody ever made 5 consecutive finals in modern basketball. Seems nearly impossible. Pacers losing Stephenson and yea I think the bulls are the best in the east with any of the decent available additions.

Nba hell is your frot office falling in love with it's late first round lunch pale guys like Taj and Jimmy. Good players. Great draft picks. You can replace these guys with marginal downgrades to make room for a huge upgrade. Look at the spurs. Boris Diaw played 25mpg for them the past two years. They got him off the scrap heap. Taj is an awesome defender but there are lots of guys who defend very well. Jimmy is a good defender but is so limited offensively I'm not even sure he's worth half of what he's gonna get paid. It's a no brainer to move those guys, especially Jimmy, when the value is at such a high. The defensive "reputation" that bulls players have (Noah, Butler, Taj, formerly Deng) is absurd. Deng was worthless on the Cavs last year. These guys are good defenders but the Thibs effect is causing them to be massively overrated defensively.

Do the Love trade. Taj Butler and every first rounder for the rest of the decade.

Milwaukee is such a better city than houston. Joel Osteen sells out the Compaq center in a way Clyde and Hakeem never could. The people go underground like rats because walking around th city is like being in an oven. It doesn't even pretend to be anything other than a sprawling asphalt jungle.
