  1. Oh man, what a win. Defense wasn't perfect but they gave me several reasons for optimism going forward. Need to get Ratliff back soon. Going to enjoy this one before the inevitable Tillman season-over news breaks tomorrow.
  2. Looks like we won't be more than a game out of first regardless of what happens tonight.
  3. I think Marshall plays and Jeffery sits.
  4. http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/11505329/flem-file-chicago-bears-quarterback-jay-cutler-never-just-right Worst ESPN article I've read in a long time. Here are some highlights:
  5. Lmfao. Between Briggs getting lit up, Collins doing some sort of waltz, some unidentifiable DL helplessly trying to avoid eating turf, Urlacher getting manhandled, and Conte's "Oh [expletive], better cover this guy" dash...this is probably my favorite Bears gif of all-time now. This is 5 defensive guys all getting destroyed in their own individual way.
  6. Eh. He had 1 return and like 4 touchbacks. It's not really a big deal. Probably not, it just sucks going from a guy who could break one every return to what we have now. To be fair, Perry is a bit faster than I thought he was (4.38 on his pro day).
  7. I think Urlacher as the defensive play-caller/captain mattered far more than any of us imagined. Hell, fire Tucker and hire him as DC.
  8. Bring Chris Williams back or elevate Rashad Ross. Senorise Perry as a KR is pretty unacceptable.
  9. Trestman did say Jeffery could have finished the game. I'd be pretty surprised if he missed.
  10. If the Bears can pull this one out, this season will be back on so fast... I really doubt it though. 49ers 31 Bears 20
  11. I find it slightly comical that you guys are swapping arguably the two most injury prone RBs in the NFL. I'm not sure I'd do it. Tate, while a #2 WR, has a much better QB than Wallace and Bradshaw is on a far better offense than McFadden is. That said, I feel like Wallace and McFadden are definitely the more talented pair.
  12. When you bring in new players and still have the same problems it becomes pretty clear that Tucker has a lot to do with it. Not canning him was probably the biggest mistake Emery has made in his tenure thus far. I didn't realize we had given up 200 yards rushing until I saw the box score just now. Disgusting.
  13. Understandable. I must really look out of place being one of the few here today who hasn't lost their mind.
  14. I used to get really worked up over Bears losses, especially bad losses at home like today, but I don't know... it's just whatever for me. I think the GB game last December really numbed me.
  15. Absolutely no reason to be optimistic about this team after today. That said, it's the NFL and a lot of crazy [expletive] happens. Too much potential to throw in the towel already. If we start 1-3 or worse, then yeah I'll probably be done.
  16. Marshall and Morgan back in. Just waiting on Jeffery now.
  17. Top 3 WRs not on the field lol.
  18. He played 1st down on that last TD drive, but came out again after that.
  19. Should be Bears ball and first down.
  20. Enough with all these [expletive] WR injuries.
  21. Get off the field here.
  22. Jeffery back out there.
  23. Not going to win this without a big play on D.
