    Also, there was a Fangraphs article about the Rangers I was reading yesterday. It was, essentially, about how the Rangers have been lucky and have a rather pedestrian wOBA difference between their pitching and hitting. It doesn't matter what measure you are looking at, we are on another planet than every other team in baseball.

    My favorite part is how we are 40-16 and underachieving. Yep, on pace to win 115 games and we are lower than where our Pythag and BaseRuns say we should be.

    Yeah, I'm all for a veteran replacement-level third catcher, if that's what they are feeling. But why does it have to be this one? He is unequivocally horrible. He isn't even replacement-level. Everything he does is bad.

    Live MLB ERA leaders Kershaw Arrieta Syndergaard Bumgarner Lester Hammel And Hendricks is 22 and Lackey is 27 (and Teheran is 28). Three of the top 13 in FIP, too. With Lackey at 21 and Hammel at 26.
