Why do you goobers act like "we'll just bullpen it" is some trump card lmao. If the starter gives up 5 runs in three innings, it's not gonna make much of a difference how good our bullpen might be. We have the best record in the NL. It's worked all season. Why won't it work in the playoffs? I'm not saying this is the case, but what if we were playing above our heads and now over the next few months there is a regression and then come the playoffs we are actually more like the fourth best team? I assume this isn't the case. But just wondering.

Addy's career slugging is getting dangerously close to being under .400. I know he's still a league average hitting SS, but I expected more.

Javy himself has been worth .1 less fWAR (4 vs 4.1) than their entire offense combined Oh. horsefeathers so our pitching really is this shitty.

Awful. They were I think 5-25 last month. But maybe they scored a ton of runs but their pitching was really bad.

Does anybody know where the Padres rank in offense in the NL? They don't seem that bad from what I've seen the past four days.

Hey at least our guys will be well rested for the Wild Card game. Who will start that game again? They will be rested sitting on their couches watching because we are still winning this stupid division I wanted your prediction of where we'd be sitting after Sunday to be true.
