  1. Riz everyone will ask to see your dong. I'll take a nice double down the first base line.
  2. Or as Rondon Fan likes to call them, "The Good Ol' Days." This wins the Internet for May 21, 2016.
  3. True that Don't worry. People are ganging up on you, but I've noticed they also are able to get over it. David yells at me all the time but still talks to me. Just keeping being you.
  4. Every team in baseball history has had multiple stretches of 4-6 ball over the course of a season. Seriously. A team that goes 6-4 over each 10 game stretch will win 97 games. When you win 8 in a row, you're going to balance that out at some point. That's called regression to the mean rather than Gambler's fallacy.
  5. It's OK, everyone. It's never, ever as fun watching a game when the other team is controlling the action. But good God remember just a few years ago when the other team ALWAYS controlled the action? I am happy with what we have for a team.
  6. If it makes you feel better he'd have cost a horsefeathers ton more.
  7. At least you're not getting whoever FOX has working the Marlins/Nats game What in the actual [expletive] was that home run call? The announcer's voice broke Any chance it was a kid getting to announce a half inning thanks to a promotion?
  8. I'm choosing to think only about the two Bryant hits and the Soler walk, so it's actually been pretty fun. Half glass full kind of day.
  9. I read this as you saying Lester has slumped to start the season. I'm a little surprised by the early HRs is all. 7 in 55 IP, Probably just early season [expletive] Oh, Gotcha. To be honest, that point didn't come across at all in the original post. Well, to me it didn't. But I'm also an idiot a lot.
  10. Slump? uhh, what? Whaaaaat's the no doubt minor issue nooow, Daaaave? I read this as you saying Lester has slumped to start the season.
  11. First time in 48 games a starter hasn't gone at least 5. That's damn impressive.
  12. It's OK, Lester. Every pitcher is going to have a few bad ones during the season. You have been good.
  13. Oh nice. I thought it was 5-1. Cubs can have this tied by the 5th and take the lead by the 7th. Haha. Kidding. By the 6th.
  14. I feel like Adam Warren will have some success today, at least.
  15. Does Rizzo have some Soriano in him where he gets really hot and really cold, or nah?
  16. The Giants have a Cubs-like relentless style about them. I respect it.
  17. because Ross is a boss at the throw behinds Right. But I mean get a bigger lead and steal.
  18. I never understand why a guy like Span doesn't take an even bigger lead. It's as if they are scared he's actually going to throw over.
  19. I think this is more that Maddon enjoys being able to pinch hit or pinch run for his catcher in the late innings. Fidodidksns will eventually get DFA.
  20. [dropshadow=blue][/dropshadow] There is no way this is a play off of Will Smith in "Bad Boys" right? From now on, THAT'S HOW YOU DRIVE! Beautiful.
  21. MRI today on his side/stomach/hip, so probably something definitive no later than tomorrow but likely something at least during the game I'd imagine. I'd almost be willing to guarantee we will even hear before the game what the extent is and a timetable.
  22. There is no way this is a play off of Will Smith in "Bad Boys" right?
