And yet if we lose tomorrow I guarantee that someone here will express concern about blowing it. It's okay, we can name names. It's Bryant's Disco Ball and Schwarber Fan. The Cubs lose and they 100% convinced Martinez is going to throw a complete game shutout so it will only be a 4 game lead and then the pressure's on the Cubs to not get swept. I'm a different kind of ninnie. I don't loathe the Cardinals and so my vision isn't clouded by them. At no point have I expressed any concern about them beating us this year. Thank you for giving me time to respond.

I would like to apologize to Duker and the rest of the NSBB board for my performance since June. I don't know why I am the way I am, but I am happy that Duker and the rest of the boys here knew what they were doing. I was dreading this weekend, and it turned out to be fabulous. Lesson learned. I will no longer make any long-term team predictions and leave those up to the experts.

Unfortunate, but that has become our problem against the VB's. We have not been able to score much against them them recently. They must have one hell of a scouting report. 1, 2, 4, 0, 2, 1, 2 in our last seven meetings.

Weis21 is the man and accurately predicted multiple comebacks earlier this season. But I also agree with you and will be happy about the GIFs coming to an end, although it would have technically been great to have it go through late October. while i'm not one to turn down a compliment i pretty much predict all comebacks/hits/HRs all the time so it's not really a skill of mine. it just means i always try to be optimistic. until the cubs go down 0-7 to the rays and then i turn on the history channel or some horsefeathers because what's the use and i check the score on my phone every so often along with NSB This is true, but the predictions were pretty accurate in how the comebacks would happen, too. It was enough to get the scrubs like me on here to notice.

I just feel bad because so many people don't realize what's about to happen this weekend. And I feel dirty that I'm going to be right. And I hate baseball because of it. And I hate GIFs now, too.
