Joe shouldn't take Hammel out until he begs.

If Joe Smith really is secretly good, we're going to have a lot of guys with an argument for one of the final 2-3 bullpen spots. Chapman, Rondon, Strop, and Edwards are locks. Then you have Grimm, Montgomery, Zastryzny, Cahill, and Smith all doing well. And I think Pena has only really had one bad outing.

I hope we bring up a few guys who could conceivably provide some value once the Iowa season ends. I was hoping for Rivero, Rosario, Almora, and Candelario. Maybe Murton just for nostalgia's sake.

I'd so much rather see Rivero and/or Rosario than give Smith even the most mop-uppiest of innings.

the yankees have had 52 seasons of 84 wins or more since 1945. :lol: It is stats like this that make me angry at my parents. Unless your parents are super old, they suffered a lot more than you. The last 15 years have been wildly successful by Cub standards.
