    I want to say after the game Wednesday they said they'd have his MRI results today. Hopefully it's nothing serious, but shoulder injuries of any kind are usually bad news.

    Strasburg and Harper are probably the most hyped/anticipated that I can remember. Both from a pre-draft, draft, minors, to major leagues. You knew about both them going into their college year before the draft

    I take back that I'd trade Javy for him. [expletive] pitchers. I'll take blind middle infielders who hit it 500 feet (sometimes foul) when they make contact 1/10 times. I'd still trade Javy for him

    MLB is investigating Toronto's new field, apparently the ball is bouncing weird and it's slowing down balls more than usual turf/grass. Looks like they may have put down too many of those ground up black rubber (or whatever) pieces.

    We have 8 relievers and only 2 are probably unavailable. Arrieta still on track to make it through 6, we'll be fine. Those 2, being our 2 best, and 3 of the remaining 6 being Schlitter, Jackson, Rosscup doesn't give me a ton of confidence we can get 3 no score innings out of the pen tonight. Motte is one of the two, Strop and Ramirez should be available for the late innings. Hasn't Strop pitched the last 2 days?
