  1. Did cleveland just use 2 timeouts on the same play?
  2. Buffalo-miami is 3-2 in the third quarter.
  3. Can't get in via Firefox or IE (I don't have the time to play, just testing)
  4. Green Bay is really making minnesota's defense look bad.
  5. Cleveland has a 4 yard td drive and an 18 yard TD drive. I miss those
  6. WTH, New Orleans Also, Cleveland is #3 in points until the Colts play.
  7. i'd like to change my "small" vote to "large" after realizing how small 80x80 is compared to my resolution.
  8. Did you read it in something approaching the Japanese version and not immediately get the joke, or did you read it in English? I must admit, the first time I saw a discussion of him, it took a couple of comments on his name before I realized what people were talking about.
  9. Well, it depends on how you determine which conference is "best" Best team? Best few teams? Best winning percentage as a conference?
  10. Did you see the starters lines? Not really sure they deserved to be on the floor tonight. Deng 22 mins 2-8 shooting 1 assist 2 steals 2 turnovers 5 points Thomas 12 mins 2-5 shooting 1 Rebound 1 TO 3 Fouls Wallace 18 mins 0-0 shooting 5 boards 1 steal 1 assist 1 TO 0 points Gordon 24 mins 4-10 shooting 1-4 from 3 1 board 1 assist 1 TO 11 points Hinrich 17 mins 0-6 shooting(worthless) 0-3 from 3 4 boards 4 assists 3 steals 2 TO's 3 fouls That is horrible production from a teams starting 5 Gordon and Tyrus' lines weren't too bad to warrant a benching for the rest of the game. I just really think Hinrich is the key to the Bulls success or failure. When he is good, the Bulls do good. But when he is awful, the Bulls usually lose the game. IMO, teams have figured this out. They're attacking Hinrich, hoping he gets in foul trouble. He is easily rattled when he does get in foul trouble as he not only gets pissed, but he tries to do too much with the ball and shoots either terrible shots or forces bad passes. The only game he did good in was the only game that we won. I don't really think it's a coincidence. For a 5th year player to not improve at all since he has come into the league is downright pathetic. What Skiles said after the game was "if I only take out a few of the starters, then the ones who don't get pulled feel like it's not their fault this team has been playing so poorly" (paraphrased).
  11. wait, is the 40g really awaiting a firmware update to be able to play ps2 games?
  12. Wow, Illinois
  13. I was amused
  14. I didn't turn the game on in time, what happened?
  15. Get a grip. This is a rumor or speculation probably started on some message board. Before we jump all over Hendry, let's see what he does or at least get the rumor from some reliable source. Did it already. The whole "not being good" thing isn't new for him.
  16. Well, that was cowardly.
  17. So how many teams in the Big 10 will get a win on the road against another non-terrible big-10 team? (besides OSU)
  18. Why on earth would you throw a ball to a guy who was A) covered and B) in the middle of 3 nearby zone defenders? @michigan
  19. so the refs in the ND game just blew a call in 3 different ways at once. that's hard to do. He was down, it was a TD if he wasn't down, and the ball came out when his hand hit the GOAL LINE
  20. except most fans as close to home as the base coaches and in the line of line drives are protected by some sort of plastic barrier or netting. Now, I'm not proposing a lawsuit based on this, but saying, from a non-legally trained standpoint, if reasonable people can differ on what is reasonable protection/danger, why take the risk when you can slap a couple of helmets you have lying around on 2 people
  21. Participating in professional sports constitutes an assumption of risk which usually negates teams being held liable. Wouldn't there be some level of reasonable precaution the league would be expected to take?
  22. I'll go with Don't care Mostly shock value Misguided In that order
  23. I'm surprised by how many people thought the Colts would win.
  24. If I was interested in getting a HD dvd player of some sort, the PS3. But am I right in remembering that you don't have a HD television?
