  1. Mine wasn't terrible, and a part-time Cub. My daughter got Gehrig. Gehrig died on mine.
  2. Watching the Viking game with packer and Wisconsin-raised Viking fans. "this is like watching him die"
  3. Most boring last play by a losing/shut out team ever?
  4. How do the refs blow that twice in one game? That's astounding.
  5. That was fun to watch.
  6. What a nightmare for Texas
  7. I really don't understand how you can be a fat catcher. that sounds just awful for your knees
  8. Wow, is Molina slow
  9. I don't know if I've ever heard that during a professional sporting event. Yeah that was weird. now I don't know what's sarcastic No, you've just revealed your secret cub-fan persona
  10. i don't like rooting for the Celtics
  11. I still can't believe the Cowboys were favored in this game. lol
  12. nice clock management
  13. Rodgers knows he's not supposed to try to throw the ball into the kicker's warmup net, right?
  14. Go Lions!
  15. The thing about being really, really old is that your joints are good for a single action if you really need them. He chose the celebration
  16. vintage terrible favre
  17. Don't they control their own destiny at this point? Win out and they win the division? edit: yes, win out and they'll be ahead of the bears and packers if both win all their non-viking games
  18. I really don't know which team to root for here
  19. Rodgers and his receivers look like the Bears passing game right now. With better protection
  20. wait, did they call pass interference on that?
  21. There is really no reason that any sport in 2010 shouldn't have replay. It was a hell of a lot of fun reading soccer fans defending their sport's refusal to use instant replay or anything like it early this summer, arguing that the arbitrary nature of blown calls was a plus. Then the US played in the World Cup.
  22. The packers are playing a career offensive lineman at DT? ouch.
  23. wow, what a badly blown call
  24. With mediocre favre, injured packers with bad o-line, and the Bears and Lions, this division sucks
  25. Why not? Certain judgment calls just aren't reviewable. I don't actually know if you can or can't review that, but it seems like the kind of thing they keep unreviewable Are you talking about the Cutler sneak? They didn't rule forward progress was stopped. The side judge ran right along the sideline indicating he just didn't get in. It was reviewable. No, UM thinks you can review to see when forward progress was stopped, not just where. So, hypothetically, even if he hadn't gotten into the endzone, they could rule that he was "down" before he fumbled because his forward progress had been stopped for long enough.
