Ive never done coke but know people who have. From what I understand coke can sober you up from the alcohol, focus you and end your drunken symptoms. Coke can sober you up. Should be a trump campaign slogan. I have 0 personal experience with it but Ive heard multiple people say it. . Someone research it! Im curious.

horsefeathers You!!!!!!! Javy is going to have more jewelry than Derek Jeter all in a Cubs uniform. What's wrong with exploring the market for a guy with similar flaws to his game that existed 12 months ago, but now has an LCS MVP and a Game 7 Home Run under his belt? I love Javy and think he has a ton of value. But that's precisely why you explore trading him. He should bring you back a young starting pitcher with cost control that should provide excellent value into the years beyond when Lackey, Arrietta (who I think the Cubs have no desire to re-sign), and now Hammel are gone. Now you are really grinding my gears. horsefeathers Pitchers!!

Just thinking the same thing. I'm using that all the time now Bum still trolls the hell out of IMB on facebook and he's still as awful as ever, BTW Im curious about this bum guy. The threads posted of him are absolutely hilarious. Did he actually have any Cubs opinions? Seems like his best stuff was in the non cubs talk section.

Potentially being absolutely knackered without coke is still probably just as dangerous, if not more. Not saying the coke wasn't playing a part, but we all know the dangers of what alcohol can do on its own and its not pretty. how the horsefeathers could just being drunk but not coke be more dangerous? The great thing about the Cobs thread was the 04 fatalism, mixed with the late 2000s fatalism, and then Theo/ Ricketts fatalism. Kyle felt we were just planning on wasting KB & Javys prime and the plan was for the 3rd wave of prospects to finally get is competing when KB was due up for an extension.

I'm fairly sure I read somewhere he was taking the rest of the offseason off and will resume baseball activities in spring training. I can't recall where I saw that though. pretty sure it was a joke... why the hell would he need ABs against the AFL when he's squaring up balls the horsefeathering world series? Bender Theo should announce he is sending him and Montero down there just for the lolz.

Watching game 7 replay on MLB network. Monty got up in the bullpen in the 3rd when Kyle was in minor trouble and closed the WS in the 10th. Random but awesome.

I want to see them all. The good and the ugly. Excitement of Javy, KB, and Soler in the Minors. The day Theo came over. The guy who didnt know who Arrieta was till like May 2015. The guys who wanted Ryno as manager. Wasnt there rumors when Hendry was being fired that Cubs just might look at Epstein.. I want to see those posts. I want to see Kyle tearing the plan to shreds. I want to see Rizzo minor league updates. I want to see the Dempster trade saga and of course Shark bitching about the organization. I was looking at the 2013 team, first inklings of success coming. Arrieta, Wood, Strop and Rondon actually were on the same staff as Shark, Garza and Carlos freaking Marmol. Just hilarious looking at that the other night. Some of the names on BR I dont even remember. Rizzo of course in that lineup. Amazing. Post Videos and articles too. One moment I keep thinking of as our arrival was a game ending double play against the evil Cardinals with Russell diving and the flip to Baez covering 2b. The two kids were so jacked and pumped. That play was symbolic and foreshadowing to me. Im not watchin any Bears games, i got all winter to read and reminisce and celebrate!!!

They were driving me crazy with the "Arrieta is gone, right?" conversation because they didn't know he still has a year left and nobody corrected them. Annoyed with that and well he is up for FA after NEXT year but today isnt the day to think about that. Then they go and top that by discussing how Theo could be gone any minute despite his 5 year extension.

Roan is off today but I know he is a diehard Cubs fan. The lady on WGN is horsefeathering awful. Tons of crazy stuff already documented, now she keeps wanting to interrupt the baseball talk to point out maybe seeing Bruce Rauner.

Silvy (from espn1000 waddle & silvy) epic rant from last year (when Cards were running away with the Division July 9th) that the Cubs are coming and coming hard. He says nothing the jean short wearing Cardinals fans can do to stop it. This gave me goosebumps then but hearing it now gives me even more chills & tears me up.
