I think that one of two things will happen to Brett, both of which will end up with him not playing next year. 1. The Packers activate him and keep him on the roster, where he will not see the field. 2. The Packers trade him to one of the Siberia's of the NFL. There is no way that Brett will be a backup and there is no way he will play for a crappy team. His ego is too big. That said Thompson is a boob for forcing him out, Favre could get the Packers to the Super Bowl this year, whereas I don't think the same that can be said of a team led by A-Rod. I think TT made a huge mistake because in the NFL your window isn't long, and GB could be in the SB this year if Brett was playing. You have to go for it when you have the parts, much like in baseball because you never know when the window will close.
