    Do tell what they said, please. They mentioned the Cubs fans making noise on Burton's "fake to third throw to first" routine, as does every fanbase in baseball, and then the color guy says "The Reds fans know that that's not a balk, maybe they can teach the Cubs fans". They went on to call the Cubs fans, bandwagoners, basically. Who was it? Brennaman? Brantley? neither idk their names Chris Welsh; George Grande.

    I know a lot of Reds fans who would be secretly offended that their Cub hatred doesn't even register on the immediate radar.

    I think it's moot; Carlos has the contract so he'll get the ball. I get the feeling he overthrows every August as he sees his Cy Young chances slipping away. Once he knows he's not winning it this year, he relaxes and pitches well the rest of the way. Theoretically. I don't watch the Astros every day so I don't know if I'd rather have Lee over Soriano. I know I'd rather our pitchers face Soriano than Lee. I'd take Adam Dunn over both, though.

    First I have to pause a moment and think of all the nasty things I have read about Dempster on this board before this season began. Not saying I saw this season coming either, but it's pretty sweet to think of those who loudly and arrogantly dismissed him as garbage and The Cubs as clueless for putting him back into the rotation. Good for him. That said, the answer is Rich Harden. God, I love this team.
