    So, what will this team look like next year? Would they draft Sing in the Rule 5 or are they happy with their own version of Sing in Josh Willingham? Then again they could trade LoDuca and use Willingham at C. Maybe try to keep one of Pierre or Castillo? It should be an intersting offseason. The only locks I can thing of are Willis, Cabrera, Hermida, and maybe Vargas. Who will the other 21 be?

    The exact same thing happened in FL in 2003, after the Marlins beat some random team in the NLCS. I haven't seen a Marlins hat since.

    Meh. This year Gerut has been a left handed version of Hairston, so I'm not opposed to him leading off and giveing Jr. a day off. It could hurt our defense but the offense should be about the same.

    Yes. Luis Montanez with a 1-out walk. easy for you to say...what is it, 74 degrees for the 495th day in a row in california today? I think abuck should be banned from talking about CA weather. I think he's directly to blame for the fact that it's 96 degrees, hot, humid (heat index of 101) and raining/thundering. :x I miss dry heat. :x Sounds like central FL.

    Either this guy is good and is feeding stuff from our own board, OR he could be very right. Isn't this the same deal Vance spoke from his Astros source OML Toss in Troy Patton and you got that exact deal. I assue this poster can read, so I wouldn't use that as confirmation. Sorry if that comes off a bit harsh, but I don't buy it. I hope I'm wrong.

    Pujols and Edmonds last year, Rolen almost made it 3 at .598. Impresive. I didn't think Edmonds' SLG was that High.

    When was the last time two players on the same team had a .600+ SLG? I know the Yankees must have done it several times with Ruth and Gehrig, but I can't think of another combo. The reason I ask, is because of ARam and Lee, who have put up a SLG% of .599 and .738 respectively, are darned close.
