  6. tim, i have baker, you have liriano. since baker's obviously better, i'll do you a favor and trade you straight up. yeah, I'm going to have to get back to you on that one. I think you might wanna do some research, perhaps? maybe a little scouting "from the gut" style? :P
  7. I'm gonna blow all the bidding away: $12.39 :P
  8. I dont care WHO developed him, I just want to know why WE cant develop him... :P
  9. you know, I have to say, at least with a juiced ball, the playing field remains level. hr's might be up, but they're up across the board and not just 5-6 meat heads. non-the-less, I would still prefer a deader ball.
  10. its the biggest mystery in the Twin Cities today did you see him finish off the A's yesterday? holy schmokes....why cant we develop a lefty like that?
  11. What do you mean "continues?" Did you watch the last game he pitched against the Cardinals? 0 ER. He lost his composure in that game too because of errors behind him. I'd loose my composure too if I had this lineup behind me A pitcher shouldn't worry about what lineup supports him. Anytime you let up 4 runs by the 3rd inning you are in trouble. wrong. pitchers have off days, this is true, but when you turn around and realize two or three mistakes just cost you the game because there is ZERO chance of your team helping you out, it matters.

  16. sweeeet.....playing small ball when the wind is blowing out against a hr hitting team niiiiice
  17. Milton is on pace for a 234-pitch 9-inning no-hitter, with 9 walks. touche'
  18. I'm gonna go ouot on a limb and say Milton no-hits the cubs today on 175 pitches through 7
