It's true, they do have an insane amount of junkies in that city. Beautiful and fun town, but absolutely littered with junkies. runaways and street kids flock to that part of the continent. like a certain resident communist poster?

I know very, very little about that city. I never see many junkies, but the city is well known as the "Amsterdam of North America". It is a beautiful town.
