  1. Seahawks haven’t faced Caleb Williams
  2. I’m ok with that, but win, plz
  3. The neoprene I wear out here surfing is 4-5 m thick and makes moving harder. It doesn’t weigh a ton, but it’s not unmeasurable either. Even a 1 m suit will slow you down. I know stafford isnt the most mobile dude in the world, but I’d have to think this will play a part
  4. I'm going to zero in on this and suggest it may be more than JUST the stadium 2. The Bears pay off the debt and can become full owners when it’s paid off. Sounds great, but the devil is in the details. No Tax? Great. Having to pay billions in infrastructure costs? not great.
  5. It has been pretty amazing. I try to conceptualize what Caleb means, is he Mohommad Ali? Is he Michael Jordan? Is he something all to himself and every bit as amazing? Thats a question I’m going to be asking for a while I hope
  6. Darnold will play
  7. Jones sucks, and has sucked for several years . And at least Benedet offers run protection
  8. I love how the bag on Caleb. Just watch when #18 wins a Super Bowl long before Love gets to the NFCC
  9. I want to see them win 16-15 on a last-second TD throw just to irritate the haters. Not for my heart, because it's f-ed at this point, but to drag the haters to hell with me
  10. If the oline gets rolling, I could see this being like the Eagles game. The cold will wear out a D, and more importantly the Bears D seems like it is getting healthy at just the right time (outside of Edwards). Last year this same D was 13th in the league, if the D can play at that level we will have a pretty good shot at the NFCC
  11. that would be helpful in 17 degree whether
  12. the further down the road this goes, the more likely AH becomes a reality
  13. I saw he was available. Sweat, Booker and Dexter have all been better lately. Maybe Allen is working with them, starting to find success and doesn’t want to mix it up. Adding playoffs to a playoff roster can sometimes change chemistry
  14. I’d tend to agree. The anomaly is Wrigley. Baseball fields don’t seem to be as adaptable to concerts, so that takes out stadiums like Yankee, that stupid hell hole the metropolitans play in, and TMobile. Quest has the concerts in Seattle and the two are sitting right next to each other. the development around AH’s stadium will need some type of development to be a year round attraction. Big Ten championship? Super Bowl (if domed)? But what else? I guess the Bears think of a “Sports Experience” there. That’s great. I’d prefer a 110k seat stadium over anything else. I’d be fine with it if it was still by the lake
  15. Building a stadium takes a lot of involvement beyond just the stadium itself. I’ve thought for awhile now that the Bears have been saying they would pay for the stadium. It’s all the work around the stadium they don’t want to pay for, that they need the state and local gvt to pick up. If they had developed this entirely privately, they would need a private party to pick up the outlying pieces and probably infrastructure. But since that looks unlikely (development in general is down and interest rates are up) a public partner really is their only other option.
  16. Stroud Daniels in recent past
  17. Office of Horse Paste, a Subdivision of the Department of Health he can go work with Kennedy
  18. That was fun. How could the last few weeks /months feel any better for Bear fans
  19. I dont think you can assume anything, the Bears will write their own destiny
  20. The whole “comebacks aren’t sustainable” misses the underlying truth: you play football for 60 mins at a minimum and the Bears are excellent at doing that. They just don’t give up
