    it wouldn't have been as big a deal to me if Hester wasn't illegally mauled by Woodson earlier. its just adds insult to injury really. Besides, there still would have been some time on the clock for an onside kick. For those of us older then 5, we can remember the Bears pulling off two victories in row that were that tight in regards to time left. To say it didnt matter isn't really true

    Guys on the punt coverage team get hit running down the field all the time. hell, the outside cover guys get thrown off the field by 2 blockers 1/2 the time. That call is just completely bs.

    My guess is they probably set up for it quite a bit, but there's not too many punts that it will actually work out perfectly like that. I bet if you go back and look at tape over the last couple of weeks, the Bears did try it but the kicking team was, you know, paying attention. And not being held on the way down the field if the GB guy had turned towards Knox and was being held, that would be one thing. But he was running completely away from the ball towards Hester. Graham has his hand on his shoulder pad running down the field. The GB guy turns away from Knox who has the ball and Graham completely separates from him. Where is the hold?

    SP players run down the filed all day long with a hand on the other guy, that isn't a hold. Its not like Graham altered the direction of the GB player.

    of course. but there were blatant missed calls today that really hurt. The no-call PI on Woodson and the "hold" on Graham were huge, game altering. also, its not like GB was incredibly dirty, but the refs were flat out horrible.

    It seems like Kellen has more capability than he's showing consistently. I dont think that was Davis. It was the Martz offense working and the Packers D not. Its like a drunk when they have a moment of clarity. dont expect to see it again soon.
