There's no valid reason to direct any vitriol at a player simply for underperformance. Especially a hard working, A+ personality like Jason Heyward. It's preposterously childish, meatball behavior. Almost as meatbally as saying that a hard-working, A+ personality player should be exempt from all performance-related criticisms. No but seriously, all I [expletive] wanted to know was why he's treated differently than the other two. You guys seemingly equated me saying that he should be held accountable with the idea that I hate this player on and off the field. Way to take one thing I said and blow it completely out of proportion. I tried to say my peace and move on, but it wasn't allowed. Reading comprehension, folks. Gtfo

That is exactly the result I want. Although again, I fear for Wrigley's structural integrity for that level of celebration. Wouldn't it be amazing to win a WS only to lose Wrigley? We'd have to play at the Cell next year or two ;(

I have concerns about Schwarber playing including re-injury and ineffectiveness. But the point of debate is over, he is on the roster. Lets see how Maddon uses him, and, hope for the best. Maybe everything will turn out ok soccer

have you been drunk all day or something god i wish. terribly confused about ticket prices (where the tickets were coming from) and suffering form cubs playoff anxiety. but not drunk. and, I dont want schwarbs to fail, I keep looking for how it will fail instead of just accepting that we will be getting a huge bat back in our lineup just in time for the WS. now that I say it like that, I like it alot.
