    I don’t think they’re getting better. If anything it’s equal except for money, which is significant between Metcalf and Kupp, but Kupp seems like a bigger risk. one rumor out here is Allen is looking to sell and thereby trying not to handcuff a buyer with big contracts. Their binding lease with Qwest Field is up and there is palatable distaste for the idea of them leaving. That seems farfetched, where would they move to?
