What a D-Bag. I remember Braun getting Beer thrown at him last year during the Gallardo ACL game. And yeah, I as a Brewer fan know this is not what all cub fans are about, it does make Cub fans look bad but smart enough fans know that every team has their own D-Bag fans. -
What happens when you get up 9-0? Prince hits 2 homers, Mike Rivera goes yard twice. Braun homers? YOU ARE ON THE VERGE OF BLOWING IT TO THE PADRES. Lopez just dropped a pop up and 2 extra runners scored. 12-9 Brewers going to the bot of the 8th. And yes I know, no one cares.

Mark Reynolds just hit his 35th home run of the year. He has hit 9 homers in his last 11 games. And that is his 6th homer this month already.

Wrigley's walls are high, and it is pretty long down the lines as well. I believe at one point they had the longest foul lines in the majors. If they aren't still, I'd be surprised. It's odd how much of a "hitters park" Wrigley was when I was a kid. With all the new, smaller stadiums, Wrigley is now neutral or a slight pitcher's park, I'd guess. Wrigley is still a hitters park.

ElCabs, what is the Brewer fan perspective about reacquiring Vargas after releasing him 2 years ago. Seems like a very odd move. Alot of Brewer fans are really pissed off about the trade. I am alright with it I suppose. I never really liked Varges because he is a human rain delay on the mound. He is just gonna be a warm body who throws every 5th day until Bush and Suppan come back, and then we can throw him in the bullpen. We are basically gonna ride this season out, which is probably gonna get ugly. However I did NOT want the Brewers trading Escobar or Gamel for any of the pitchers out there. We can't just keep trading prospects every year. Last year coming into Spring Training we had, Gallardo, Parra, Sheets, Villy, Bush, Suppan, Varges. We thought Villy would turn into a decent number 4 starter and Parra/Bush and Suppan would be fine rest of the rotation. We had no room really for him and we did not need him. Unfortunatly... we need him now. :?

Inferiority complex. Even though we havent won a WS in eternity, other teams fans are jealous as hell about the tradition and atmosphere that comes with the Cubs. That's kind of it. Sarcasm, or are you agreeing? Kind of agreeing, I agree on the atmosphere part, its cool and sorta the tradition in a way. But that's about it. Really not jealous at all.

Im telling you, take away Gallardo and Hoffman and you have the Nationals, who appear poised to sweep them in their own house. I bet theres a whole lot of booing goin on. Yeah they are playing bad but that statement is so wrong I don't know where to start.
