I disagree. If you time it he took about 6 seconds to get to first base as he admired his "home run", but he took about 6.5 seconds to get from first to third. Carlos Gomez is fast, he could've easily made that an inside the parker if he was running hard out of the batters box. Might've been close, but it's not 0% Considering that 4 seconds to first is flying, you're giving him 2 seconds to get from 3rd to home when he took 3.25 to get between bases from 1st to 3rd. You have bad maths. You can take out your phone, open a stopwatch app, and time it yourself if you want. Just making an observation. He's one of the fastest players in the majors. Could he have been out at the plate? Sure. Would he have been dead to rights? I don't think that'd be a guarantee.
