    Yes, but just today they finalized the deal and made it official. http://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/news?slug=ap-indians-wood&prov=ap&type=lgns The way that is phrased leads me to believe that if Kerry can stay healthy in either 2009 or 2010, he's looking at a 3/31.5 deal (which is what Jim Hendry said he should get, iirc)

    He's a MiLB free agent if I'm not mistaken. He's probably showcasing himself for his next gig. Felix is looking good as he's going out the door. J.Fox is on the 40man and has an option left - I don't think he's going anywhere.

    I shouldn't think Veal is much of a risk - certainly not to stick for a whole season. I agree on Atkins.

    Looks to me like Hendry takes a calculated risk on Dempster; a lot depends on what kind of option that fourth year is.

    Ouch. That line is a bit weird though - smells of lots of E's in the field. Actually, no. There was just one error. Most likely that error should have been the third out and all but one of the runs scored after the error, making them unearned. Thanks for the clarification.
