    The sad thing about that run differential is that if you subtract the 11 run drubbing on Opening Day, the Cubs are -3 by 6 games under .500. That's some bad luck. (Even WITH that first game, the cubs are playing 2 games under their pythag)

    Except that's not what he said about Len (though I certainly agree with your general point). Sorry....he said the fans could take or leave him, and that he "doesn't mind him." Either way, Kasper was dismissed by the writer in favor of Brenly, which is ridiculous

    It's less about giving up on the team and more about not scheduling my day around the game. If it's on and I'm home, I'll watch, but unlike, say, 2007 or 2003, I'm not stopping my life to catch every inning
