    Wrigley already blasts contemporary music throughout the game. And I could not care less about what they put on a jumbotron; if it brings money to the team, they can put whatever they want up there. I haven't been to Wrigley in over 5 years. Last time I went, they played "Jump" at the beginning, but it was mostly organ music from there. Last time I was at a Sox game, I thought I was going to get Tinnitus from the pre-game alone.

    Piniella let his starting pitcher pick the uniform, so we saw the horrible blue jerseys a ton (Zambrano always chose it, as did someone else). I'm fine with a jumbotron as long as they keep the organ. I think the non stop, blaring music at parks like The Cell is far more grating than any visuals.

    My oldest daughter was 4 months old when I joined. She turns 10 this Sunday

    I have a friend who has the same "blow it up" mentality. He's convinced that no one will ever beat the Heat, so we should start over from scratch or something. I ask him why we should waste 2 or 3 of Rose's prime years and he never has an answer

    That was delightful. He even seems jammed a little and still just brutalizes it out. I like the guy who stands up and salutes it (during the replay)

    How can you hate Penn State this year? They are completely terrible and have zero players who are even remotely dangerous. Once Frazier went down, their winlessness was sealed. It's too bad that they probably won't luck into another Talor Battle

    White Sox had Dye/Griffey/and Wise in like 2008. Dodgers had Kemp/Gynn/Hairston Jr. on the team last year (guessing they started at the same time at least once in the OF) and had Kemp/Pierre/A. Jones a few years ago as well. Phillies had Mayberry Jr./Brown/Pierre last year. Andruw Jones isn't African-American.
