I wouldn't. I doubt Cleveland goes Mack, leaving a 50/50 shot with Oakland. If CLE wants a WR, they'd do well to let someone who wants Mack/Watkins to trade up to #4, then take Mike Evans and grab Carr or Bridgewater with their other 1st rounder

Chatter I'm hearing is that Tampa is the only team in the top 15 who actually wants him. That doesn't preclude someone outside of the top 15 from trading up for him. If HOU trades out of #1, who is the most likely partner? ATL?
