I see his value in being a guy who had success with a homegrown team. He nurtured the careers of Longoria, Crawford, Upton etc. and won 90+ games in 5 of 6 seasons from 2008-13.

Lovett would be a nice consolation to missing out on Brunson and Evans. Sounds like he'll wait until spring to decide. I'm not even going to bother getting my hopes up for Bragg. consolation? i'm not so sure. this is him recently at the morgan park open gym. holy [expletive]. I know that's just a mix of pickup games, but the number of offensive fouls he made was kinda crazy.
