This is not an overreaction game thread post because I've been thinking about this a bit and have come to terms with our offense: I'm not sure they should do either if the price is at all of any significance. (Unless it's a longer-term asset. No rentals). This offense just isn't going to be good enough for the Cubs to make the playoffs, with or without one more bat or pitcher. We should be sellers, imo Because there's a hot market for hitters who can't hit? Solid take
did i say NEVER? no i didnt stop taking things out of context. they probably wont be good this year. thats not to say they wont be good next year. You said Doesn't sound like you're too confident in the rookies getting better
He's being ridiculed because he keeps saying that 21 year old rookies are terrible and will never be good, and his outside the box solutions are putting journeyman players into poor defensive positions to square hole together the "best" bats
whats the deal with Rizzo lately does he have lower back soreness? Someone mentioned on another message board.. Oh god, you haunt more than one? Are you and Kyle on a mission to make Cubs message boards unbearable for all of humanity?
Yeah...no You're talking Elgin Baylor, James Worthy, Jerry West, umm George Mikan and Michael Cooper or something? It would be close, saying they would mop up is silly Well, Shaq should be on the second team.....
